Past Chairs

In 2020, ACUNS became an independent nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of New York. As part of this change, ACUNS governance and leadership titles were revised to comply with New York State corporate requirements. Until 2020, ACUNS was led by a Chair of the Board of Directors, who served a three-year term and set the organization’s direction. In tandem, ACUNS had an Executive Director who managed the organization’s daily operations with a Secretariat housed at a host university. As of 2021, ACUNS is led by a President and Officers appointed by the Board of Directors. Past ACUNS Board Chairs are recognized and listed below.
