IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FEE: US $100.00
VIRTUAL REGISTRATION FEE: US $30.00
Donate to the 2025 Global South Scholar Travel Fund. ACUNS has created a fund to ensure the fullest participation possible of all of our members.
Please note that those who click manual payment will be emailed for an alternative mode of payment. Your spot is NOT confirmed unless you are institutionally funded or have already made arrangements to pay in a different format.
Registration Through Cash Payment
For those attending the meeting in-person who are unable to pay the membership and registration fee via electronic means, you may make a cash payment for Registration and Membership onsite at the 2025 Annual Meeting. US Dollars and Kenyan Shilling will be the only form of cash payment that will be accepted onsite at the Annual Meeting. If you would like to pay the membership and registration fee in cash onsite at the Annual Meeting, please complete this FORM.
FOR UON Students: If you are a University of Nairobi (UON) student availing a reduced in-person fee, please complete the form below and clearly mark in the question on your institution that you are a UON student.
Payment at the Table
We look forward to meeting you in Nairobi at the ACUNS 2025 Annual Meeting. You will be completing your Annual Meeting Registration in-person at the Cash Payment Desk at the 2025 Annual Meeting.
- For those who are NOT members of ACUNS, membership is required for registration. You must pay this along with the registration fee:
- The Membership fee is US$5 or KSh650.
- For those who qualify for a reduced fee:
- The amount in US dollars is US$30 and the amount in Kenyan Shilling is KSh3880.
- For University of Nairobi students:
- Your fee is KSh500 cash.
- For University of Nairobi faculty members:
- Your fee is KSh1,500 cash.
We will only accept EXACT PAYMENT. Please come with the exact registration fee.
