Background
Isobel Roele is a faculty member in the School of Law at Queen Mary University of London in the UK (equivalent of Assistant Professor, tenure-track in the USA). Isobel has a law background and is also an expert in international organisations – especially the United Nations – and in global collective security. Isobel’s primary interests are in global security; bureaucracy and management; and the material and aesthetic presence of international organisations.
