John W. Holmes Memorial Lecture
“Security and Justice at a Crossroads : the Future of Global Governance”

We are also pleased to announce that the John W. Holmes Memorial Lecture at the 2016 Annual Meeting will be given by H.E. Ibrahim Gambari, Co-Chair, Commission on Global Security, Justice and Governance; former Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the UN; and former Foreign Minister of Nigeria. Ambassador Gambari is also co-chair for the Commission on Global Security, Justice & Governance, which is a joint project of The Hague Institute for Global Justice and the Stimson Center.
