die-logoThe Millennium Development Goals are going to expire at the end of this year; and the United Nations are currently negotiating a new development agenda for the years after 2015. The proposal for ‘Sustainable Development Goals’ submitted by the Open Working Group (OWG) in 2014 serves as a starting point; and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) has recently suggested indicators for its operationalisation.

In a joint effort, numerous experts from the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) have prepared detailed comments on each of the goals and targets suggested by the OWG as well as the indicators suggested by the SDSN. The result is now ready for download under the title
