Background
Jane Boulden is a Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada. From 2004-2014 she held a Canada Research Chair in International Relations and Security Studies at RMC. From 2000 until 2004 she was a MacArthur Research Fellow at the Centre for International Studies, University of Oxford. Her books include, Responding to Conflict in Africa, the United Nations and Regional Organizations, (ed.) Palgrave Macmillan 2013; Jane Boulden, Ramesh Thakur, Thomas G.
