Background
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Lausanne since 2015 currently finalizing my dissertation on geographic diversity at the United Nations Secretariat.My fields of expertise include: UN international civil service, human resources management, diversity management and representative bureaucracy.

For the academic year 2018-2019, I was a visiting fellow at the Ralph Bunche Institute for Internanational Studies at the Graduate Center, City University of New York.
