Anikó Szalai is a senior lecturer at the University of Szeged, Hungary (Faculty of Law). She teaches International Law, Human Rights, Minority Rights, Model UN, Law of International Organizations and Theory of International Relations. She is a regular lecturer at the Human Rights Summer Course at Europa-Universitaet Viadrina (Germany, Frankfurt Oder), and is a co-founder and coordinator of the Regional Academy on the United Nations. She defended her PhD thesis titled The Effect of Armed Conflicts on Treaties in 2012.
