Background
Sociologist, Ph.D. in Comparative Politics with an interdisciplinary background and solid track in building local and global alliances, serves as Senior Advisor on South-South and Triangular at UNFPA, holds a Master and a Ph.D in Comparative Politics and wrote his a thesis on countries taxonomies and international cooperation, doing a comparison between the cooperation models of Brazil and the US. He taught international affairs for many years and coordinated case studies on negotiations.

Recent Publications
He published a series of articles and publications and gave interviews for publications and newspapers on youth policies, gender and migration. Sporadically, he writes about pop culture and its impact in the society.
