Background
Anđelka Mihajlov is a University Professor, Environmental Consultant, Promoter and Scientist. By education she is chemical engineer, with PhD in Technical Sciences. She has more than 300 scientific references and teaches at universities worldwide. Mrs. Mihajlov is experienced international environmental expert in waste management, environmental security, environmental policy development and environmental governance related to sustainable development and environment.

As the Minister for The Protection of Natural Resources and Environment (2002-2004) in the Government of Serbia, she had acknowledged role in initiatives to change environmental sector. For five years she was member of EBRD ESAC.
